These terms govern your use of https://lemweddings.com (the “site”), operated by LemWeddings by Josué Lemus (“LemWeddings,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. They do not replace your wedding contract, which governs any booking.

Using the site

You may browse and share this site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it — no attempts to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual property

All photographs, films, text, design, and other content on this site are owned by LemWeddings or our collaborators and are protected by copyright. Where a wedding was photographed by a collaborating studio, those images remain the property of that studio and are shown here with permission and credit.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, sell, or republish any images or films — including for AI training — without our written permission. Couples receive personal-use rights to their own galleries as set out in their contract.

Bookings & pricing

Pricing shown here is a starting point and may change; the figures in your proposal and signed contract control. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until a contract is signed and a retainer is received.

Inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not reserve a date or create a contract. We reply with real availability, and your date is held only once a signed agreement and retainer are in place.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (such as client galleries, venue websites, and video hosting). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemWeddings is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
